How does the donation mission work?
After platform fees (Stripe, hosting, etc.), 100% of membership profits go to kids and schools in our community. Quarterly reports are published in the #impact-reports Discord channel showing exactly where the money went. Read more on the Mission page.
What is the AI research agent?
It's a self-hosted AI assistant available to ICU Stay members for researching tickers, SEC filings, and market news. It operates in strict research mode and does not generate trade recommendations. It's a tool for faster information gathering, not advice. Availability is best-effort and not guaranteed.
Can I change tiers or cancel?
Yes, anytime. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your member account page. Discord roles update automatically within seconds. You keep access through the end of your billing period after cancellation.
How do I join the Discord after signing up?
After payment, you'll receive a welcome email with a Discord invite link. Once in the server, DM The Clinic membership bot and run /link. Discord will open a private prompt for the email you used to sign up, and your tier role will be assigned automatically.
Why is there a monthly and yearly option?
Yearly saves you the equivalent of two free months at any tier. Monthly gives you month-to-month flexibility. Pick whichever fits your situation. You can switch between billing periods anytime.
Do I need to be on Discord?
No. You can get the full newsletter and research experience without ever touching Discord. The community is a benefit if you want it, not a requirement.
